What
is EDGAR?
EDGAR is the
acronym for Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval.
It is the Securities and Exchange Commission’s program that
allows for filing, indexing, validation and storage of documents
that public corporations are required to filed with the SEC.
The Scullin
Group has unequaled experience in all areas of EDGAR compliance.
This experience includes the compilation of the documentation necessary
for the electronic filing and distribution of public companies'
financial materials.
The Scullin
Group’s Edgar Service will “Edgarize” your financial
document by conforming it to the SEC’s required format. This
involves standardizing financial tables and text in either ASCII
or HTML and assembling the project in accordance with the strict
specifications the document must meet to ensure acceptance by the
SEC.
We will then send a proof
of the finalized document to the client for their review, and file
the document with the SEC upon their approval.
The Scullin Group prides
itself on its ability to perform this service quickly and accurately.
