What is EDGAR?

EDGAR is the acronym for Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval. It is the Securities and Exchange Commission’s program that allows for filing, indexing, validation and storage of documents that public corporations are required to filed with the SEC.

We will then send a proof of the finalized document to the client for their review, and file the document with the SEC upon their approval.
